Growing up on the West Coast and traveling extensively throughout Mexico, Chef Andria Millie learned the fine art of salsa from some pretty amazing folks. Cultivo Salsa Company was established in 2012, when she moved to Austin and fell in love with the urban farms bursting with chilies. Receiving an honorable mention in 2013 Hot Sauce Festival, she was motivated to offer her version of seasonal, super fresh, West Coast- inspired salsas to the public. Today, Cultivo offers salsa bars along with custom menus for private events, special order salsa and private salsa cooking classes.
