As many of you now know, we have decided to close the café. We have a busy holiday season of catering and parties, a remodel happening in the building and the end of our lease upon us. After much deliberation, we’ve decided to give it up. Business as a personal chef and private events chef is booming, so I will be moving on to pursue all the offsite opportunities that have made it impossible to ALSO run a restaurant. We love this community and space and all the joy that filled it these last two years. I’m still available for hire if you need a chef for a party in your home or venue. Or if you need personal meal planning, wish to schedule a cooking class, salsa workshops, etc. We have some availability this season for catering and holiday parties in the space and off-site while we are still here, offering special pricing to our beloved customers. We have been teaming up with our friends at Texas Keeper Cider this season and having so much fun pairing Cultivo classics like handmade chorizo empanadas, bison chili, Kiolbasa Provisions sausages from San Antonio with Texas French Bread buns, heirloom bean arepas, ancho-braised pork sliders with potato salad and more with the BEST cider around!!
